I did the full Akrapovic installation on my V4S recently. It took me more or less 18 hours and I did it in 8 days. I am very slow ...
Installation manual is very clear and detailed. For those interested, there's a link below where you can find a few pictures I took during the process.

18 hours?? That's like porsche full exhaust install times. Do you have to take apart the block to install it?

Just saw the photos xpercad linked. It is exponentially more involved to install the exhaust manifold for the v4.
