to be clear a 2019 bike won't have the Akra under tail exhaust made specifically for it, its for 22 on like your bike pictured.
that said a 22 on Akra under tail exhaust will fit the 2019 bike although the o2 ports are not there and the ducati map won't be available so you would need to get a different modified map from terminal or woolich or Deussen.
