Good books (or other sources of information) on motorcycles thread (building, track riding, etc.)?

I am sure many of you enjoy learning about motorcycles as much as I do and I'm curious for others to share their favorite or good books and source of information on motorcycles, track riding, and building them.
I am studying the geometry of 1199 & 1299 however general motorcycle principles apply of course!

What are good books or sources of information you've learned in the past on motorcycles topics like this (and if this was already covered before please share as I didn't find it)....

For track riding I enjoyed Keith Code Twist of the Wrist 1 & 2 (and California Superbike School). Very old but still solid information.

Any suggestions please share?
