titanium blue! could be that engine mapping is to lean? what do headers look like?
That was CaliDuc. He took his Termi system apart and had it ceramic coated then polished. Look him up, he has a few pics of the system completely dissembled before reinstall.Another reason to buy termis!! I wonder if there is a leak in there, the heat should spread evenly. I would send a pck to my dealer if I were you. Rmemeber the guy that took his exhaust completely apart? Maybe look for those pics and see if there is a seam or something at that point.
That looks like a defect in the chamber tube inside of the Termi can that is overheating at the bottleneck, (wow, i actually used that term overheating- but in a better context), can you repeat after me"¦
WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you go the warranty route DON'T MENTION THE DYNO RUNS as I guarantee that the dealer will use that against you!
Dyno runs can cause havoc to engines and associated systems (exhaust and cooling) as you don't get the air flow benefit and the inexperienced can run a vehicle much harder and longer at peak levels on a dyno than would ever be possible on road or track. Corners and such tend to slow the bike down at regular intervals on the road.
IMHO
Has anyone else experienced this? They have only been on the bike for a few dyno pulls. They are new. Both sides
I just got to this message. As per rm4two, you can see the full Termi system completely disassembled in my members gallery.
On first pass your have a defect on the internals Termi header pipe, more than likely blown out grating. I have attached a photo where you can see the internal grating of my Termi's, as you can see they map to where your hot spot is. Either way, I would recommend you call your dealer and if at all possible have your bike towed to your dealer (do not ride if possible). You should be able to simply replace the exhaust headers only.
Good Luck.
