Heat Protection

So its the time of the year to do some tweaking on my Ducati 1199s. I was looking at heat protection, heat shield, heat tape. Anyone have any recommendations for a brand? I looked at DEI Reflect a Gold and Goldilocks Automotive Elite Series Thermal Tape. DEI seems to be the market leader but the Goldilocks looks to have a stronger product. Not sure if anyone has any experience with both but i couldn't find much of Goldilocks products.

I'd tell you most of its worthless - keep the bike moving at a reasonable pace & stay away from traffic - if you do a lot of "commuter style" riding....use a different bike

So if there is heat, you want to do all that to keep it more inside the bike? Panigale and most bike dont do well with too much heat. It best to keep it open to cool it as most efficiently as possible.

My mistake in this question. I was mostly referring to stuff like exhaust shield, under gas tank, seat, sensitive wire etc etc etc
