Hi,

It's my 2nd week with the 1199.
I traded in my s1000rr bmw and definitely prefer the Panigale, it is just more fun. It is my 4th Ducati, having owned a monster, diavel, and streetfighter.
I love the Panigale, it handles sublime on the twisty roads on the Island.
Cannot wait till I can finally open it up, have only done 374 miles so far.

Regards to all Duc enthusiasts
Iggy

Welcome, Glad you're enjoying your bike and what a great location. I use to own a Diavel as well, just wondering what made you sell?

Cool, now we (this forum) have a man on the ground at the Isle of Man for up to the second race reports! :)

Welcome

hello!

do you go watch the race? stupid question, hm? ;-)

Congratulations on the new bike and I envy your location. My island isn't quite so accommodating of motorcycles. I'm with you on the S1000RR, technically good but soulless.

Do grown men still say good morning to the fairies there?

Ive also just sold my S1000RR for a Panigale. It was blisteringly fast but too clinical and lacking soul. Nothing like the 1198 I had before it and it's looking promising that the 1199 will live up to my expectations in terms of character. Bring on the wild child!

I also have island envy!

Welcome !!! Lucky Man on the Isle of Man ;-)

So I'm sure we're all wondering , do you sit in your front garden and watch the races?????
