Hi all, I'm Mike and I have loved Ducatis since I was in middle school. I used to live in San Antonio, TX where I owned a '12 1199S and foolishly sold it thinking I wouldn't be able to ride that much in Eastern Maryland traffic. After moving, my understanding and loving wife (as of 8 Nov 16), empathized with my sullen nature around the house, and found the cure in a new '16 1299S! Loved it so much I rode it all through the frigid temps of Winter to put 600 miles on it so I can get the initial service and be ready for Spring thrashing!
Mods: R&G tank traction grips, Competition Werkes fender eliminator, modified LeoVince engine case protectors (loved them on the 1199), Cox radiator guards (not yet installed), and Panigale throttle spacers (ordered).
Looking at the full Akra exhaust system in the future. Hoping to get some help from the people on the forum for future upgrade ideas.
