Sorry but I'm going to disagree with you guys the dealer in question have a really good service department, don't get wrong .... happen sometime but this guy name Corey he is the man when it come to get your bike repair under warranty. Warranty work get approved quick, I cant talk the same about the sales or parts department but for you normal service I will support them.

I think Mellimoto is a good dealer with a lot fame and because of the great reputation sometime I feel that their head is too big. I call them the other day to get a MV dragster and they did not want to deal over the phone at all. I tell them that I wont drive 170 miles if the price is not right the salesman just said "sorry"

You should have emailed them a picture of your garage and said, "You're going to be sorry alright..."

I have friends who have dealt with EuroCycle in Tampa, and while things didn't always go flawlessly, they have a good rep for making things right. Sebastian is probably the highest rated of the Duc sellers in Central Florida.

Just my two cents, if you they get close to the same price, go with Sebastian. His service is top notch and sometimes you cannot put a price on that.

Not to mention that if you buy your bike from Seb, they come and get your bike from you house for free and bring it back. I will echo Todds recommendation. I live 2 miles from my local Ducati Dealer and my bike goes to Melillimoto for all my warranty work and to Cycle Pro for everything else. Seb and the staff at Melillimoto is the best dealer in the South East.

That is not right... that salesman was not thinking about customer service and ways to earn your business...

I am changing the '12 RGC CVO for a '24 RK CVO. I emailed the dealers with a list of what I want, the discount that I am looking for. I let them know the other dealers they are competing with, etc. And do the rest either by email of by phone... once I get the final price I go and buy the bike. No issues there. And this is a HD dealer! They do know me, which always help.

Dealers should know better... not everyone has the time to spend hours in the dealer just gathering information to make a sound decision...

I wouldnt take esmirna8261980 word for it. All you have to do is research Melillimoto and see that they have a great reputation. all he(esmirna8261980) does is bash Melillimoto. Good luck with your purchase.

No worries there. I was just responding to what he shared as his experience. I have heard a lot of positive experiences from Sebastian to tell me that he has a good business/team there.

I have time... I want to see what comes out for 2015 before I take the plunge.

Well, that and Ducati in general. I should have known better...

Yesterday I wanted to stop by early by Melillimoto (Ducati of Ocala)... but due to some things that I needed to do early I did not get out until around 3:30... decided to make it a nice ride and if I made it before they closed fine, if not, I would try another day.

Well... we got there at around 5:15. Place was already close. There was this vehicle outside with a trailer and two bike on it... Turns out it was Sebastian. Spent a few minutes talking motorcycles and planes (well, my friend was the one to bring the subject of airplanes).

Very genuine and down to earth guy and a pleasure to talk to.

I will try to stop at another day to see the bikes and talk business.
