Hi there everyone,

I have been following the forum for some time whilst waiting for my new S. It was originally going to be a base, but after seeing the S in the flesh earlier in the month, have changed the order. Should only add a couple of weeks.

Good to see a few Aussies (and Melbournites in particular) on the forum and look forward to catching up for a ride once I get mine.

Loving reading the reviews from those lucky .......s that already have their bikes!! This wait is killing me.

welcome, I've ridden around 500km's on the S and its off its head. Im excited for you, because I know how you'll feel when you get it.

Metro

I have no opinion over which is better as I haven't bought from either in the past (first Duc). Metro is closer to me (I'm in the hills) so works for me, although I get the feeling I might have got a bike quicker from City.

Oh and Nanonen, you are lost and deluded, my friend, on that Pies path you're on, when you could be barracking for the Mighty Bombers!!

I LOVE Melbourne! Neil Perry's place in the Casino is amazing!!! Best food in town and the "fire show" outside the casino is mental!!!

I did shout for the Eagles when I was at the AFL Final in 06.

Have to admit the 06 game was so exciting compared to the whitewash I witnessed on 07. Great sport though and super fit fellas.
