Thanks man.
I have a few more tasteful mods in the works. Stay "tuned" pun intended lol

Sicom rear rotor
This thing is pretty trick. Some stuff to note. It comes with pads which will work in the factory caliper or brembo billet caliper. Uses different size rotor bolts and abs ring hardware. (Comes with rotor). The ABS ring is held on with a bolt thru the front and nut on the back.

The rotor measured .9mm thicker than stock. So I got these abs shims to remedy that.
ABS ring shim .2mm part # 71314901A
ABS ring shim .5mm part # 71319201A

I used 1 of the .5 shims 2 of the .2 shims.
Worked perfect no issues with TC.

My girlfriend said I could have used this instead of buying those shims lmao

Weight difference
Stock rear rotor 1014g
Sicom carbon rear rotor 359g
655g
or 1.44lb savings

That rotor is not as crazy expensive as I thought it would be. How well does something like this work on the street? How do they wear compared to stock rotors?

So far so good. Braking force seems to be the same I can lock the rear on demand just like before. I cant comment on wear as of yet.

It looks cool as hell but is the only advantage weight?
Maybe it bites harder?

sorry late to the party, was on out of town trip, but that looks very nice and saving over 600 grams of rotating and unsprung weight !!! wow !!!
Congratulations HKMP7 :D
and I can't wait to see that ahem "other" weight saving surprise from you ;)

Lucky the mask police didn’t prevent you from returning home.

that brake disk is sweet looking. Wish you could get some matching ones for up front but BrakeTech isn’t going for it
Yeah tell me about it. I don’t care for the design of the Sicom front disk. I will end up with either Brembo T drives or BrakeTech iron rotors.

Wish we could petition someone like Peter Lieb to make us some custom lightweight rotors. Maybe we’ll see an offering from a big name soon tho. Porsche is offering coated rotors now that are pretty neat

Looks good.
What did you use for the rear part of the tank - where the passenger foot pegs would go.
carbon fiber cover?

O meu também aconteceu depois da troca de pneus, mas reapareceu outro dia e a marcha da embreagem ficou dura. Você teve uma resolução para o seu caso?
