Should fit, as the spacers fit totally flush to those nubs. But I've never done the install myself. Happy to refund your money if it doesn't work!

Got mine yesterday too. Only took about two days and that's with standard shipping. The product is great, installed it once I got home from work and was very simple. Took longer to go thru the really good instructions provided than it took to actually install the spacers and put it all back together. Would absolutely recommend this.
