I've had my new V4S at the shop to install the Akra GP exhaust. Been about a week and a half. In that time I read (in this thread) about the rear brake line basically melting. Low and behold, it became an action item for Ducati to fix before turning into a full recall. I called the shop to confirm and they said "We're on it".
Yesterday I called to see if the bike was close to completion yet since I leave the country for a few months next week. Apparently some radiator hoses clamps are on order because they identified some weak points. He made it sound as though this is also something else Ducati is seeing as "needing to be addressed". So, be on the lookout for any kind of overheating issues or coolant leaks and maybe call your shop to inquire about it.
Needless to say, the bike will stay in their storage facility until after this next deployment. I have a total of about 30 miles on the clock so far...

We feel for you bud. Since they've hosed you thru no fault of your own, see if they'll extend your warranty by the length of your deployment. Thanks for your service.

I’m leaning in this direction myself. Arrow also has something like this coming out in Feb. it’s my understanding that each will have an upmap. But not sure if these eliminate the cat. If so, they won’t be street legal and may open up the dash to evo modes, etc. will have to wait a bit and see.

Today I hit 600 miles and the check engine light came on immediately at 600 miles. No issues with rear brakes. Have booked service. Hope to track it soon.
My dealer deliveres them 'track ready'. When mine came in, i went for a drive for 300+ km's, changed oil, and tracked it for 3 days after that.
My friend's '25 was run in on the dyno for 100km, and also tracked for 3 days now.

FINALLY the new fairings got delivered, so it's with the dealership for the race fairings now and a small checkup.

Mine arrived with a coolant leak- via a hose clamp i believe. I'm changing all my hoses to a samco kit so less of an issue, but that does seem a bit wild that they are leaking immediately. Hope its not an issue for too many people.
