How do I stop these annoying tech messages?

Ok, ever since the forum switched over to this new format I’m getting these annoying messages from “tech”. Duc…. We really don’t need to destroy this forum by sending out nonsense spam to the members. How do I make these permanently stop? It’s beyond annoying.
