just had the greatest little commute -- no big deal, i do it every day -- but it was just fantastic! even a cop i saw on the way gave me a thumbs up. :D

i fcuking LOVE this bike! it's so effortless, it's so enjoyable, it sounds so great, it's not cramped, it is so good looking.

sometimes i get this feeling when i look at my girlfriend, probably more often when i look at my puppy, but always when i get on the panigale!

and -- fingers crossed -- my dash hasn't failed 2,000 miles in

I know the feeling.

FYI

My dash just started f'ing up. It only happens when the bike is out in the heat during the day. Once it cools down, it sstarts working again. Good Luck and hopefully you don't have to deal with the issue.

Sooooo... How do you like your bike?? :D
Thats an awesome feeling isnt it??

I have my new dash and the 41T rear sprocket... Looking forward to many trouble free miles now...

I'm with ya. This bike is the best I've ridden yet. I loved it in the mountains and the track.

I hear you. I thought my 1098S was awesome but this bike blows her away....riding her again tomorrow to close in on the 600 mile mark:D

Finally got my TTX installed on Thursday, best mod yet, takes the awesomness to another level. That Sachs unit is worth about it's weight in scrap metal:rolleyes:

Took two ladies for their first ever bike ride tonight. Couldn't help myself but tell them to hang on REAL tight and run the throttle hard ;) They were ecstatic! I took one for a ride and then the other. They both were screaming and laughing when I opened it up! Got off and they were both laughing and shaking from the rush. It's always fun to give people their first ever ride :D I like to torment them a little and get their blood flowing, show them the excitement of bikes

Did you leave the OEM Marzocchi's alone?

I'm trying to decide between a Bitubo XXF61 and an Ohlins TTX Mk2 for the rear. I've only got 510 miles on the bike during break in and have only been able to hit on/off ramps on the highway so far (Florida SUCKS for riding sport bikes), and the forks feel very good, with a lot of adjustment left. The rear is just too soft for my "manly" weight which is why I'm changing it out.

Considering either waiting for the Bitubo Full-Pressure-System (FPS) fork cartridges to come available for the base or go with the Ohlins NIX 30mm cartridges.
