Don't know what they changed... but I know that the "secret sauce" was enough to cause Fast Bikes to lose their mind over the SP (relative to the 20 S).

Maybe it's the carbon wheels... assume they needed to make some revisions to suspension tuning as well because of those wheels... and the braking probably feels different too.
Yeah exactly. Bike just feels lighter and easier to throw around.

How is that possible? That’s nearly the cost of the motorcycle.
Honestly most parts we wouldnt really care much like the exposed dry clutch or rizoma rearsets or levers.. Only thing i cant stop drooling is the color scheme and carbon wheels. Thats all

Ok. I still think the number is suspect, but no big deal.

It’s an awesome looking bike though - I agree.

I think its hard to justify the cost of any of these bikes so why even try. Call me a sucker, I don't care.

Love it, i have the same akra set up. What lever guard did you get? I didnt want to get the rizoma so looking at Bonamici. Also how do you like your stands i almost ordered them today haha

Stands are fantastic. Super convenient when moving the bike around in the garage. Note, they work best on smooth surfaces because of the multi directional wheels may catch if there’s a sizable ridge or dip. The brake guard is made by DB Race. The fit and finish is very good and you can pick different color tips.

Awesome, thank you for the info. Happy and safe riding!!! Enjoy this amazing bike

I need more seat time before I can really enjoy it, but I’m sure I’ll get there. Hopefully the weather stays decent for a while longer so I can get a few more rides in before winter properly sets in.

Same here! I wanted to do at least couple track days on it before winter cold starts but i will probably wait till spring. And get used to the “Ducati personality” wt roadriding.

I'm with you on that one. He'll prolly figure that out little by little as he gets to know it.
I was a little surprised as well at the capped knowledge of my Ducati dealer beyond a certain threshold, and as well from the Ducati Factory assistant I was working with.
It was all - "ya ya have faith, it's awesome."
My own research plus the invaluable poll on the ducatiforum.com were the real decision makers ;P

Since It's been a relationship of discoveries mostly, "holy shitballz that's cool. Didn't know about that."

"Calibrated differently" without further explanation is meaningless.

Carbon wheels make a difference sure, but you haven't given a lot of detail as to what "easier to ride" means.

I'm not trying to be overly critical. But for what, $10K more, I'd expect it to be better. But, the person selling it to be better AF be able to tell me exactly why.

That is a beautiful bike. I love the Black & gray color scheme. Campisi did a nice series on that bike with the Termi slip-ons. I'll probly get blasted for recommending a slipon for that bike, but the black Termi kit looks great on that bike IMHO.

Yeah, I would have considered that if I hadn’t already ordered the AKRA system when I placed my bike order back at the end of last year. Nice looking setup and a lot less $. I curious how it does compared to the AKRA with the heat. I suspect it runs a little cooler since it keeps the OEM steel headers and heat shielding.

Anecdotally, the full titanium systems run cooler due to how titanium sheds heat faster and it has a much smaller loop under the seat. Its not going to make a 200+hp bike ride like a Vespa though.

I did the Termi slip-on since it came with the filter and a T-800 to take care of the flash. I'm not a fan of the blued bands on the black one, but that is subjective.

I think the full Akra system looks better, but I didn't have the coin considering we just bought a house.

I saw that one but if i did anything different than Akra, then it was going to be side double exit SC Project. It looks amazing and my experience with SC on my Aprilias awesome.
Bike feels amazing with full akra and upmap that comes with. Akra quality is also phenomenal.

I saw that side double SC Project but I never could find of pic of what the left (non exit) side looked like. There'd still be mapping to sort out but its a unique exhaust for sure.
