I have had the chance to test the Multistrada V4 and realise the auto cancel turn signal on the Multistrada works waaay better than the one on my SF.

On the multistrada, the signal indicator always auto cancels after the turn, while on my sf, it only works 50% of the time.

How is this feature working on you guys’ SF? Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity?

Mine works everytime.

I believe there is a set of conditions laid out in the manual that specifies when it turns off

Thing is I ride the MSV4 and SFV4 the same way but the MSV4 seems more sensitive. Maybe I’ll get the service guys to check if they can adjust the parameters in which it triggers the auto-off.

I highly doubt it is adjustable. Likely is a byproduct on the way the IMU is positioned. The Multi's geometry and sensor position might simply allow it to register turns better.

I could be wrong, but I believe it's based off of lean angle and accelerometers*. Perhaps since the MultiStrada is a taller bike, the lean angle is more pronounced in turns, which would more easily "trigger" the sensor to shut off the blinkers? Just my theory.
