Installing DMS (Ducati Multimedia System) Module in Panigale V4R

Hi,

I recently purchased a '24 Panigale V4R, and would like to install the Ducati bluetooth module. Have any of you installed one of these on a Panigale V4/S/R?

My understanding is that the module simply plugs into an exisitng wiring harness on the bike, and then needs to be activated/enabled. I have the activation/enabling covered, as my Texa Evolution will handle that; my question is more about the physical installation of the module? I cannot find any guides or videos on how to do the install. Is it a difficult job? Are there a lot of fairings to remove to access the wiring harness?

If any of you can share info (including links to guides/videos) with me, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks.

What the reason for the DMS on a V4R? Reason I ask is that anything over 60mph is all wind, engine and exhaust noise i.e these bikes are just not that multimedia friendly. PM Topolino, he's done it on an S and it was pretty straightforward

I have one on my V2 and love it. Good foamies and well fit BT speakers in helmet and it’s quite usable up to ~70 mph. Quieter than on my BMW R1250RS. Have a Sena and iPhone and it pairs flawlessly (both to DMS, not each other). Additionally if you use Apple Maps with verbal commands you get turn by turn directions through the speakers.
