No, not at all. Just another entry model for guys that have no clue about motorcycles :)

....i was asking "what actually is supposedly replacing the 1199/1299" after they introduce the new mystery model 1299 exotic bike...supposedly marking the end of the Panigale model range

Pics of the dash show it to have a fuel gauge and "DQS - U/D". An up/down quick shifter?
Not a fan of the red with black belly pan. Reminds me of a Suzuki GXSR. I'm not big on white but on this bike it looks good, sans red wheels for black.

It looks like a "neither-nor" bike to me. It's not a full superbike, but nor is it a more upright ergo street sport bike. Unless the handlebars are higher than they look, I don't know who would buy that instead of a 959 Panigale.

What a anti climax....

IF only they built the SS with the monster 1200 engine it would have high potential!

....but I guess Ducati thinks we are all hipsters and want 20 models of the scambler instead...

Instead of starting a new thread, here are all of new models that came out!!

Well..interesting ones at least. Which would you pick?

Aprilia, and I hope they have that R-Nine-T racer fairing available as an accessory for the roadster version.

Always loved this build:

Bike Biz BMW RnineT Cafe Racer

The fairing on this bike looks better than the R-nine-T racer though, but I have no idea where to get one. :(
