I went through a couple of aftermarket pegs like the Ducati Performance branded Rizoma set (96280501AA) but wasn’t much of an upgrade in terms of feel and definitely suggest avoiding these in your case.
I then went with another option from Rizoma called the “Extreme Footpegs” and are BY FAR superior in every way.

They're much wider/thicker, provide excellent grip, and are large enough to allow me to adjust my feet while weight-bearing mid-ride. I’m a size 10.5-11 shoe which is obviously a decent amount smaller than yours but it’ll be more than adequate in my opinion.
They’re the same style peg that you’ll find on a lot of the better aftermarket rear-sets and you shouldn’t have a problem finding a pair of the same design without the Rizoma premium as well.
