Hi Guys,
Long time lurker here. I am looking to buy the Panigale Base, i see that there are quite a lot of Panigale riders in the Bay area. I was wondering if you had any recommendations for Dealerships. Here is a list of dealers that i have so far.

1. Monroe Motors, SF
2. Ace Motorsports, Concord
3. Hattar Motorsports, San Rafael
4. Honda Peninsula, Sunnyvale

My two main concerns are the OTD price and the service provided. Any help is very much appreciated.

Hattar gets my vote. Though I've never bought a bike from them, I have had several conversations with their sales guys when my bike has been in for sched. mtce. Good guys and their service dept. is good, too.

Honda Peninsula has a horrible reputation for service, but decent on sales.

Ace - mixed bag. Call Jim if you deal with anyone there.

Munroe - Have heard mixed reviews about them, too.

PM me if there's an OTD price you're targeting. I'm happy to call my sales guy down here in LA if you'd consider a short flight. The benefit of the drive back is when you get home you'll be over half-way through the break in. :)

Ace and Hattar are the same owners now. I know the owner as well as their GM - they've helped our race team so PM me and I can connect you with them.

Thanks for the brief review AntiHero. I remember reading that you had your bike serviced at Hattar during your coast to coast trip earlier this year. I have heard a lot of great stuff about Hattar until now. I was thinking of visiting Honda Peninsula this weekend (since that is the closest to me).

Also, LA to Bayarea is too much of a distance for me. I have never ridden that much. My heart wants to do it but my brain is against it. :(

Although a little bit out of the way, you may find a deal here at Monterey Peninsula Power Sports, definitely will save you a couple of bucks compared to Sunnyvale. Not much in the way of aftermarket parts, but for a purchase they're the right store. Call first.

Cool, thanks. I will call them and try to get a quote.
