Question, I dropped front on my 1199R and now my steering damper clamp is right at transition where fork start to chamfer down to smaller diametar. Can I mount my damper upside down and get smaller fork tube clamp or... If any of you had this issue how did you get arround it!?
Thanks

I forgot to add that I do have Ducabike damper fork tube clamp.

Well if you are using stock triples, on upper triple there is a little nub that's used to center stock clipons. This nub was preventing steering damper bracket to go as close as possible to the (in my case) Woodcraft clipon fork tube bracket. This nub is couple millimeters thick, when ground it will give you that much closer fit. I am ok with it now but there is possibly more room to gain by maybe installing clipons which use narrower fork tube bracket than Woodcraft. I will look into this further.
