Perhaps we should start a tuneboy FAQ section/forum?
E.g. Q: how to apply permanent trim(s) to your ECU:
1. connect laptop to bike. Tuneboy trim won't display all info correctly unless connected.
2. run TuneboyTrim and make any adjustments as required and save to *.trm file.
3. quit+reopen TuneboyTrim and load trm file to confirm your changes were saved.
4. quit TuneboyTrim and start FlashMitsubishi
5. load a TuneFile (*.dat) - this is custom firmware + throttle sensitivities, etc.
6. apply first Trim: this is the 5000rpm mode (engine-off, full-throttle, clutch-in)
7. optional: apply 2nd trim: this is the 7500rpm mode (e.g. lean trim).
8. optional: apply 3rd trim: this is the 10000rpm mode.
9. ....
Just a follow-up question on this:
When changing the options like "Power O2 Sensor" and "use menu up and down for cruise"... do they take permanent effect immediately? Or do those flags get saved in the trim file, and therefore you have to run FlashMitsubishi to upload them to the Bike? (in which case how does that work when you load multiple trims?)
