I personally prefer the matte finish since all my carbon is the DP carbon but curious how many like the Gloss over the Matte...
 
gloss everthing i have is gloss. my friend does anything that i have front fender and clutch cover in gloss for me. matte imo looks like the regular plastic.
 
i dont understand that majority gunny. how does matte win? oh well im still getting gloss
 
I used to like matte completely - but it looks to be overdone. And unless you want a complete matte bike - I think gloss carbon as an underlayment or accent is better. .. Too much of either - I'm not too big a fan of.
 
Busa's are the epitome of being Ghetto.... Poor Suzuki, what they have done to your bike that was already trashy to begin with...
 
I prefer matte on the 1199 and gloss on my 1098 Tricolores. However, I do also appreciate Gloss on the 1199, just as I appreciate any model Ducati.

Absolute favorite is Matte Carbon with an AUTO GLYM sheen.

I just do not like the black plastic on bikes and especially on Ducatis.

Each to their own.

Mary Anne = Matte
Ginger = Gloss

Some of the guys on here (cough - Tranny) might want you to add the Professor - not that there's anything wrong with that... :)

Duh.... I knew that...thats why I said each to their own.... as long as we are nice to each other then sexual preferences are cool with me.... thats why its Ok to like Ginger... despite the fact Marianne is sooo much hotter (I guess I should say was.. shes at least 900yrs ols by now) So give me J Lo any day... or Salma Hayak..:D
