There have been a few threads on here regarding the Motoxp Ricambi bodywork. It all seems to be pretty positive. One thing I was curious about was the different paint levels for track use. I'm not looking for a show quality bike and I am considering using the economy paint which saves a couple hundred dollars. They say the paint is not factory colors and the decals aren't the best etc. Has anyone used the economy paint and what is your impression of it?

Yes, we've had several sets of both. Personally, I went with the Elite paint on my 959 bodywork, the extra clear and factory colors just looks nicer in the "poser" photos I put on Facebook, so it was worth it!
But sersiously, just go with the Elite paint, you won't regret it, whereas you might regret going with the standard paint unless you literally don't care how it looks up close.
