MWR air filter - cleaning time

Oh it was only a TD with STT

But the last session they allowed 2up in beginners, so I took the wife out for a few laps.

To be honest, I suck on the 1199 on the track since I started racing the SV...

Will it hurt the bike or filter to run the Race filter if I run it on the street and track days? Or should I stick with the HE filter?

the race filter needs to be cleaned after almost all track days. i doubt it would hurt the bike but you will be doing lots of cleaning.

i have the H/E one in both bikes clean it once a year

Fitted this new one in tonight. Bonus weight saving too. OEM with clips = 291grams.

MWR = 177.7 grams.

I found when I lifted the tank up one of my vent hoses was already off.
