Cool that you decided for glossy Ilmberger parts.
The only thing you should be careful is the front fairing. The small CF linkage (normally under the front lights, I don't know how the racing fairing is designed) is glued to the main fairing. During installation it can brake (actually not the CF or the glue, but the CF surface). Happend to me twice. Easy fix is Araldite.

Are these any lighter than than say afam ? Advantages ?
It def feels lighter il scale it this week
Yes comes with a 30mm insert which is stock and you can go -2 -4 or +2 +4
