Awesome.

Did you use the 1098 application? I don't see the Panigale or SF option, both having the same application.

The website needs to be updated that's what I was told by them but if you call them just tell them you need the one for 1199 Panigale $136 total cost.

Can't wait to the finished product. Post up the bike when your done.

Here is my stripped and repainted gas tank with an AR Carbon Fiber quick release fuel cap. :D

Im getting tempted in customising my Pani paintscheme too...

I like that brushed aluminum look!! Nice work!!!!

Has anyone done the brushed aluminum tank lately? Im looking to do this on my bike soon with a soda blaster like the original poster but it looks like he's been banned.

Anyway was just wanting some input. Ex do you just strip the paint off with the soda blaster, then take it and have it clear coated with decals? Thanks for any info and have a safe and happy new year everyone...

Maybe not brushed but... Had it glassblasted. No clearcoat as the ones i asked said it wouldnt stick to bare aluminium.

I have done a bunch of brushed aluminum tanks. If you prep it correctly and use a good clear coat it will last forever.

The one I did that YoungR has was the cleanest and last one I did.
