They pop up for sale on this board and ebay from time to time. Average price range is about 250-350.
You could always pick up a Tuneboy and load Termignoni or custom maps to your heart's desire. The electronic cruise control function is outstanding as well.

I've been trying to locate one on here but no luck so far. I'll check ebay. As far as the tune boy goes is it as reliable as the termignoni up map would be?

There's no reasonable, measurable reason to think a trim map would offer a greater or lesser level of reliability, regardless if it comes on a stick or from a TuneBoy device.

I have Termis on my 1199 S and I got Rapid Bike Evo and it is the best purchase I made I love it! and you don't have to tune it because it tunes itself as you ride.
