i agree. customer service is something business CAN control. Little efforts do make big difference with customers.

i dont understand why some business have crappy customer service. I mean without customers = no business.

Please can you let us know who the service manager was that served you and i will surely look into this for you.

I just ordered some parts from them and had success. They gave me a promotion for free shipping, I was going to have them ship to my APO so I could skip out the VAT tax, but they shipped to my Germany address anyways, so I got the parts way much faster, also while saving money!

I completed a customer satisfaction survey for Design Corse last week. To be honest I .... canned their customer service. I was immediately contacted by Al (the owner) who sent me a personal letter apologizing. Al offerred to re-credit all postage expenses, free future postage and a further 10% discount to ensure that Design Corse DO value their customers.

To me, it takes a big man to apologise, and credit where credit is due, he has gone above and beyond to 'make it right'.

The reason for this post is, Yes I told everyone about my bad experience, but if people make it right, then others should know as well.
