Hi all, checking in to say that my first visit wasn't only about troubleshooting. This is technically my second post. I bought a Ducati as I never had one, and couldn't give up track days without first trying it on a more mature budget.
I recently tip toed a 07 R6S through the turn 7 exit at VIR and almost gave up track days. Instead I reloaded with my first Ducati, a lightly used 2020 V2. I have had some fantastic rides in the few months of ownership, and I may live in the flatland city now, but Western NC is my home.
In most of my adult life, I have ridden in WNC, the woods, the FSR's, the streets, and nothing here near Raleigh is close to the spoils I had in those years. I do try and visit as much as I can, its too bad by the time I can afford to retire the best of my abilities will be diminished. I do most of the simple maintenance stuff for myself, I couldn't afford this hobby otherwise.
