British guys were excited before this came out, it's a UK stk // club bike. Reviews look great but you have to get HRC KIT which is deep - ECU//Harness/engine bits etc no idea how much that costs. Also look at how invested Honda is in the UK marketing and racing wise, it makes sense why they get so much play. Almost no one is racing Hondas in the US

Isn't US always lagging behind mainly because of no motorsport culture / tracks / general ability to use motorized vehicles?
HRC kit is 5-6k gbp which is inline with BMW motec and half price of Magnetti Mareli

If lagging behind you mean biggest market for super bikes in the world then yes...

No doubt that BMW and Audi excelled at tapping american's credit card debt.
Look up who won IDM in 2023, he rides Honda as well.
HRC kit gets you #1 in STK / Superbike classes, with exception of CIV which is a fuсking mafia. Interesting to see who wins National Trophey this year.

No idea what motoamerica is, but British mates usually retire in Spain or Portugal

Haha, this exactly proves my point. MotoAmerica is America’s (woefully) premier motorcycle championship.
American motorcycle racing is in a sorry state from its AMA days back in the 70s-early 2000s (Duhamel, Hayden, Mladin-even though he’s a bit of a prick). Ever since DMG acquired the racing rights it’s been downhill
