I've being busy working on a v4 slip on exhaust for the past 7 months and finally have a system ready for production. Construction is 304 stainless with 5 axis cnc machined side exit 3 piece tailpipe's that weigh 225g each..very light. Full slip on weighs in at 4.6kg. Massive ground clearance due to a lot of thought put into tailpipe design..Bike in for rexxer tuning this week. will update with results over next few weeks. I am offering a free slip on system to a US forum member who hasn't yet bought or fit an aftermarket unit..p.m me...cheers Gez.

That's a mighty generous offer and a unique way to introduce yourself to the forum.

Hope the performance lives up to the work you've put into making this.

Nice one mate, you look like you've done what Arrow really should have.

Don't suppose your mufflers fit onto the Arrow intermediate pipes ? I've already paid a .... ton of money for that system and am a bit irritated at having to fix this myself

Well done on the aesthetics. They look great!

Be interested to hear the DB rating and will you have db killers for them as I know here in Oz there will be times they will be needed

Interested to hear about the performance gains as well.

I used a couple of tricks to get the cans sitting higher and tucked into the rear wheel..the angle of the machined end caps allow this..plus a little trickery on the left sleeve.
robertH...I don't know if the cans would fit the arrow headers..
I have a set of db's built from 57mm bends..not fit yet..tuning first.

weather sucks in UK at the moment, but thursdays looking good for db testing and a short run before tuning friday. I'll post db readings..

after long deliberation regarding flashing ecu and possibly losing Ducati warranty..I decided to fit the termignoni t800 unit and run the termignoni d184 no db map. Bike runs excellent. Took it for dyno run at Jordans bikes Leeds UK and achieved 200.73 bhp at rear wheel..AFR was also spot on.

Any chance of a back to back dyno run stock and then with the pipe and tune?

there's a multitude of stock exhaust dyno tests on forums. anywhere between 184bhp to 191bhp at rear wheel. If you go to google images you will find dyno graphs.

I get that but the direct back to back on the same dyno on the same day is the only real way to tell the gains.
