These look great, 1st I've heard of them though & i'm in the UK!

I'll be interested to hear the sound!

What Termi map did you run with the T800 just out of interest?

750steve....running the d184 no db map. we are in pre production..building an initial run of 20. just covered a 600 mile test in all modes and runs sweet. no rattles, no vibrations and no tarmac grinding....

I get that but the direct back to back on the same dyno on the same day is the only real way to tell the gains.

agreed, with all the bikes being hand built (within reason) they all produce very different numbers. I have seen the V4 produce 198 rwhp and some produce much much less, it also depends on the dyno and many other variables.

So if you have a before and after on your said bike with the same dyno, within the same conditions its a better eval, not perfect, but better.

Lamb00j, I've seen back to back dyno runs of a v4r and v4s both with full systems by 650ib. Now the v4r pulled 204hp and the v4s 194hp. I will say from what jester68 has posted 200hp on a hand built slip-on looks pretty good to me. Consider the price and looks and being able to do a self-install that doesn't take 8hrs. Plus can any of us really feel a 4 to 6hp difference on these monster bikes.
Great job jester68 love that ur field testing and posting updates.

I am not discounting what jester is doing. I think this is great! But with any manufacture of exhaust or Tune, they do a baseline on a bike THEN an after. It's hard to state that you should take the data someone else did on X day on a dyno that may run return a rough number than you go to a dyno that is very "˜generous'. You can get inflated numbers easy on a dyno as everyone knows, run race gas, over inflate tires, dyno on a cool day etc etc .

Also I seen 650ib dyno, and he also asked if he changed the gearing if he would get more HP

That's all I mean by this. It's nice to see some back to back results on same bike same dyno for the exhaust/tune.

I think its looking great from the pics so far and I don't need any more power than I currently have but if I'm throwing money at my bike for an exhaust it will be to make me feel good and that will come mainly from the sound and power.

Unless you are a professional on different bikes all the time you would be hard pushed to notice a 2-3% increase in power with your but dyno but your mind dyno on the other hand will tell you the bike is much faster with a louder exhaust.

Hey Jester, awesome work and do you have some close up pics.
