Long time rider new to forum and new to Ducati.
I bought my first motorcycle at 16 years old back in 1982 (yes I'm old)
So I've been riding for over 40 years now.
I have owned a lot of different bikes all Yamaha and Honda except for 1 Kawasaki. In Early 2000 it was CBR1000rr before that a Kawasaki Concourse (what a dud)
in 2005 got a Yamaha FJR1300. I started doing Iron Butt rides and competed and finished the 2011 Iron Butt Rally (11000 miles in 11 Days) I still own the FJR it has 95000 miles on it.
I then got a Yamaha FZ10 which is a very fun bike.
Then I was at MotoGP in Austin a few weeks ago and my wife convinced me a deserved a new bike so I zeroed in on the Streetfighter and BMW M1000R
I decided to go with the streetfighter and I think I made the right decision.
Looking forward to some fun spirited riding and some track days.
