Zilverz, so you ever have a problem with your rizoma gas cap not opening? Mine got destroyed. Maybe it's the Florida heat. I had to use needle nose to get the cap open. The plastic key would not pull cap off. I went back to the oem cap.

Sorry for late reply. I been busy with some other stuff...
Anyways, mine never had problem with opening the cap. It slides and pops off easy.
You might have received defected one. I would suggest you to contact rizoma and get a replacement.
That was going to be my question as well.
