hi everyone i'm new member i currently reside in honolulu im on the market for new panigale base model as you all know we only have one dealer for ducati in honolulu out he door prize finance guy quoted me 23,738 w/ a 1900 dollar 3yr maintenance package and offcourse im financing so 500 dollar gap insurance... opinions...advice will be very helpfull....

If you're on the market, you should have no problem 
'12 or '13? That's high for the states if you're looking at 2012, but where you live it's probably just right. It doesn't sound like you have much of a choice though. If you like it, get it.
