No front ABS after brake change and bleed.

I feel like I did everything right when I changed the front brake pads, and changed the brake fluid. Then I'm riding a while and realize my front ABS is not working. The ABS light is not on. Any info is appreciated.
 
How did you realise?

I got better results using a vacuum bleeder on this bike, but I don't see how the brakes would work but not the abs without a code/electrical issue
 
I realized when I clamped down on the front brake the brakes just lock down. I don't understand it, either. I didn't touch anything with the ABS.
 
Did you had your front wheel off for any reason while doing pads!?
