18 pani v4s new battery and voltage good started it drove round block a couple times had clutch issue and rebuilt clutch master cyclinder bike was out of service a month for that master cyclinder rebuild. Nothing at all touched during that time. With clutch done turned key on and got absolutely nothing no guage nothing. Hookup up optimate and all good. Voltage around 13.8 at battery. Check fuses they are good. Did not check relays yet. Any thoughts?

Is the immobilizer antenna (round part that fits around the key slot) plugged in? Double check battery connections and the connections at the starter relay.

I decided to disconnect battery to see if things would reset. Connected it the next day and everything was good to go. Very happy I decided to go to gas station for gas. At gas station after fill up I put key in and nothing. Tried a few times then finally I had life again. When it came back on I had a screen appear that I’ve never seen before and it was only on for a second or two. It looked like a diagnostic intro screen. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a bad contact somewhere, recheck all connections
I agree. The wiring seems to be compacted in the general area of battery and ignition. I’ve tried to find some wiring diagram’s but they been a little blurry and a little tough to make out visually

The bike not responding when the key is turned on makes me think something with the immobilizer.
I could be. I thought I could take out ignition and probe the contacts but I hadn’t planned on it being all sealed up. I’d like to see a wiring schematic before I proceed. Not much luck finding one so far.

The V4 wiring manuals are included with the service manual and not the owners manual like the older bikes. Google Panigale V4 Service Manual and you’ll find it, likely a link from this site.

The immobilizer is the ring around the ignition.

I was able to ride to gas station. After fill up it took several on /offs before I got any life and was able to ride home. Now at home I’m back to no life again. Going to take apart again and check wiring. Need to find wiring diagram
