Hello all--
I need help installing the Melcodiag license. I received it, and the instructions say to install it here:
C drive-program files-jpdiag.
No such file or folder exists.
It's puzzling because I've got Melcdiag installed and functioning; I was able to connect to the bike, retrieve its info and request a license. Since receiving the license, I've been unable to install it and actually use Melcodiag.
The jpdiag forum is virtually unusable--it rarely loads a page correctly--I suspect a faulty server. An email to jp has yet to result in a response. I've asked him for help but he does not respond.
Would love to know WHERE I need to install this license. Windows 10 laptop.
Full disclosure--I am an Apple Mac guy--I'm typing this on a Mac! But I bought the Windows 10 laptop specifically for auto/bike diagnostic software uses. So maybe I'm missing something funny about Windows.
