It seems they broke from all the engine vibration and the mounts are OEM. Yes, Ducati offered to fix it with a 3rd party shop under warranty.

If you run into any roadblocks, I’d let the dealership know that you’ll be contacting the CA EPA. Yes, I agree, and have been asking/pushing Ducati to fix it with new parts and they've repeatedly declined. Thanks for the EPA info.

What CA dealer are you talking about? I had the same happened to mine and it was laser cut out (3rd part shop as well, and warrantied. I did hear they tried to kinda split blame but I just said no, not interested in hearing it).

It wasn't the dealer, it was Ducati N.A. that I referenced. That's interesting that you had the same issue - they told me that some others have had the issue, but they were all on the East Coast.

Which shop did the repair and how's it holding up?
