I Know this question has been asked a million times. Does anyone...meaning working for Ducati...i.e captain of boat, truck driver, dealer rep, port officials for north east region.... Anyone know where theese bikes are????? I'm 48 hours from putting my bike on a milk carton...

pick up another hobby or toy, it helps, in my case i picked up a new carbon road bike and work on my road feel and body strength while waiting for mine :)

I sympathize with you ... but I've been riding the Repsol and also doing alot of training myself to keep busy .. as well as checking the forum .. I did hear that some base were validated as hitting FL this week or next .. one guy said he has his VIN number ... so Im thinking ... so FL at the bottom of the Eastern shore has received confirmation of shipment of base bikes but NOT THE NORTHEAST COAST?? Aren't we a little closer to Italy?? What the Heezie is going on??

Weather this weekend is supposed to be beautiful and again left waiting........patience is a virtue I don't have!

I'm stopping by the dealer tomorrow to try and get an update on mine. Seems the only thing I can get is info on where I stand in line. I was 9th so I'm curious to find out if they have delivered any additional Tricolore's in the past 2 weeks.

Seems like the official schedule that was released earlier for base bikes being released this week May 14th week ... means for places in Europe and the such ... us poor US guys probably wont see the FIRST shipment of base bikes til first or second week of June ... and IF !! you're not in that first lucky group .. be prepared to wait for a 2nd round of S and Tri's to be deployed and then the 2nd round of base to be deployed sometime weeks after that ... I PREDICT !! people will start canceling their orders in June ... once half of the Summer is gone, then we'll start seeing tons of bikes coming in ... watch!!

No that letter with the schedule was from Ducati NA

I cancel my order last week. No regrets. No surprise that no base bikes delivered this week. DNA give so many lies.

Australia has its first and second shipment of bikes is if they can get them here!!!

I feel for people that only have the summer to ride, here in sunny So.Cal we ride all year round so Summer isn't a big deal for me. Actually in Summer I ride only in the early morning when its still a little cool, later on in the days it gets too hot.
Also getting tired of hearing the "how long till I get the bike" threads. Quit your whining people, you knew you were gonna have to wait a while when you placed your order, and anyone who knows Ducati should have expected a longer wait than what they say. When I first asked my dealer back in November when he would get his allotment of 1199's he said he was told he would start receiving them by March. I laughed and said "so that means in reality I should expect it by mid May or early June?" He sighed and said "yea, probably"

hell dude, I waited 2.5 years for my lotus elise and was worth every minute of it! If you have to have instant gratification and can't wait, ducati is definately not the company to buy from, they'll break your heart everytime.

You make it like Armani made a mistake. Even if you've got a bike or two to ride you'd have to be stupid stupid stupid to wait this long and put up with hearing nothing from Ducati and total crap from Ducati North America. MV may not be the best for getting parts fast but at least I'm riding. Oh and this weekend is gonna be so nice too. Be thinkin' about you all but not that much.

Well I for one definitely didn't know Ducati and DNA fabricated their truth to this degree and this is not my first Ducati ... but I've sat on the bike, listened to it, seen other guys video and also listened to reviews by ex racers, present racers, and riders -the like and I'm Definitely!!! waiting my turn to get this bike ... I wouldn't dare!! get out of line or get my loot back .... that's for sure

I guess good things happen to those who wait, I will never give up my spot. Ducati confirmed my delivery in may... So I will be riding the best of the best soon... Doesnt mean I can't b***tch about it... Truth is I haven't been this excited to drop 28k ever.... Cheers to all those in wait!

Give me a break. I doubt anyone on this forum desperately needs this bike so bad that they will wither and die without it. If you just want to ride go buy a soulless bike off the showroom floor. If you want something with some life, and passion and exclusivity you might have to wait for it. After seeing and hearing one in person, I think its going to be worth the wait. :)

Hang in there fellow Duc Fans, you will not be disappointed IMHO...Cheers

Passed an F4 last week on my S ABS like they were standing still. Wondering if he had canceled his Panigale order to get the F4. Well actually, I could care less.

I need another mistress to make a threesome .. and a bigger bed. The new mistress is a Tric and has carbon fiber lingerie ;-) Now her agent tells me they will not know till July 2012 with a turn up date of Nov 2012.. however thats OK as when she arrives I know she will be a screamer.

I went by the dealer to check on things today and he said they are/were to get 28 bikes this month. With only 2 weeks left, even he is skeptical that this will happen. He said of those they were to get 6-8 tricolore's. Based on the limited information, I'm out into late June I'm sure. :(

I guess I'll check back with them in a month to see where things stand.
