Anyone in the U.S. receive a notification in the mail for the oil cooler recall? Has anyone been successful with getting there's replaced?

Mine is at the dealership now. The new oil cooler is in but they are waiting on the new 2mm clutch line.

Mine is completed two days ago and the clutch line. No issues and can't tell the difference in the clutch on my short ride home. May feel a difference if I went for a longer ride.

had my oil cooler replaced 2 weeks ago. they did not replace clutch line though. part is on order and said they would notify me when it arrives.

My Speciale has been in the shop A MONTH and the dealer says they are still waiting for 'backordered parts.' They may be the worst dealer in the USA.....

Oil Cooler replaced before mine shipped. My dealer sourced the oil cooler from another dealer in the US that had one. In talking to my local dealer they are still backordered. My new bike sat for a month waiting on all the recalls and associated parts to come in prior to shipping. At least it's winter.

I did not receive notification on any of the recalls. I contacted my dealer last week, and asked about what my bike may need, after he ran my vin he came back with 2 outstanding recalls and 6 bulletins, oil cooler, hydraulic tensioner, side stand sensor, swing arm screw, exhaust manifold, clutch hose, clutch piston kit, and speed sensor. The dealer had none of the parts on hand and had to order them.

Called my dealer today because i didn't get notification on any recent recalls.

turns out my bike needs 4
1) Clutch line
2) Rear sprocket/swingarm torque (forget which)
3) Oil cooler replacement
4) Hydraulic tensioner torque

They ordered the parts and ill bring it in when they arrive. Bike has been riding ok, but clutch slave needs a bleed. Just in time.

I'm fortunate enough that I work offshore so I'm able to drop the bike off at the dealers as I go, come back and it's done.

However, if you think we're the only ones with issues take a look at this list, there's not just Ducati

my buddy with an Aprilia always likes to mention my bikes recalls. I let him know about his brake master possibly failing. Its not as many as ours, but his RSV4 is like a 9 year old design now.

My oil cooler has arrived at the dealership, but they are waiting on the clutch line. I will drop off the bike when all the parts are in.

I purchased my v4 back in the beginning of the month January. The oil cooler is still on back order... and I have made payments on the damn bike already. The bike is just sitting at the dealership.

I’ve just gotten home after a seven weeks overseas and have received notices for the hydraulic tensioner and oil cooler.

Nothing on the clutch as yet.

Same here, with the oil radiator and the cam chain tensioner. Must be costing Ducati a bit, and a PIA for us!

I put down my deposit a week ago on a bike that was in stock - oil filter recall needed. Called dealer just now and he said parts are due in late next week (15th) but 'to be safe' it will be with me by the end of Feb. Ideally I want it end next week as I have the following week off work, but, I want it right rather than rushed. Having said that, getting kinda itchy for a blast on the beast now......
