Oil leak worrisome?

Yes, have them replace the valve cover seal, tighten up the airbox and oil pressure return hose. Do it on both cylinders because I had both fail on me. This is why I got rid of my 1199. This happens after each trackday.
 
Are you saying the fix needs to be done everytime? If so, that's insane. The dealership told me that ducati released a fix kit for the issue but it was on backorder. I'm currently waiting for them to get it in but was under the impression that it would be a one time fix and then I'd be good...

FYI - I just had my bike diagnosed by the dealer as having this issue as per the service bulletin. They called Ducati NA and Ducati is paying for the parts and labor to fix the issue under warranty EVEN THOUGH MY BIKE IS A 2012 and is long past the warranty period. Sweet!

Ducati has it as 'panigale bottom of airbox repair kit'

I'm still doing track days with mine. The weeping oil has stopped (for now); but I will get it done when the parts come in.

Smart. I brought mine in before I knew there would be a delay in parts and basically have been strung along by DNA on the release date. But thankfully I just got word today the parts are on the way and hopefully it should be done next week. Unfortunately I seem to have missed a big chunk of the end of season at this point if not all of it...
