And what are they doing about it......!?

Both of the first 2 bikes that left my dealer had oil leaks. Mine in 2 places. Seems alot of stuff wasnt tight from the factory. Mine were fixed before it ever left the dealer. If you're getting that at home, the dealer didnt give it a solid once over before sending you home with it.

If this was after the first service, my guess is it is from the oil filter cover.

Either the o-rings for the cover got ruined when the first service was done (AFAIK these o-rings are still not available) or the cover itself got ruined in the first service. When I bought an oil filter to do an oil change a couple of weeks ago, the dealer mentioned to me that if care wasn't taken when removing the oil filter cover it was easy to break a mounting flange off the cover. If the dealer partially damaged a flange doing the first service oil change it could have fatigued with vibration causing an increasingly larger oil leak.

Nope: this is from the delivery date, now I did the 1st service yesterday and got it today. they said it is a seal that when its cold and sit overnight it drips some oil. it will be taken care next week, but she is ridable. all this and I'm in love with this bike

My dealer called me on Wednesday to tell me my bike was in. Went there on Thursday to see bike ans saw couple drips underneath bike.
They called me later and told me oil filter cap or orings are leaking.
They tell me a second bike they have there was the same.
They are trying to resolve now.

Okay I got an answer from them its some leak @ the oil pan by the alternator side and they would look to it as soon as I can bring it in its just a little leak that happens overnite when it sits for awhile. I can still ride her, just have to check the oil and make sure it doesn't go low enough below level.
