I ride my bike now 2 km and it starts to over ehat , 5 km and red and yellow warning signs, does not show temp anymore, just HIGH.

there is colant
Radiator is clean
no leaks
fan kick in and is working
No error codes. except one, fuel sensor, so the lcd wont show me when i need to refuel, orange light just stays on. but that has no relation to radiator and thermostate

even speeding up does not solve it once going above 100 150 it cools a bit and 5 minutes later it is also high again and wont come done, so basically cant ride it .

anybody have any ideas

Have the thermostat checked... it could be ...... and not reading right, or not sending signals.

Hi there, thanx for reply, thermostate is fine, the coolant is just cooking / boiling, switch off the bike and you can hear it , sounds like boiling eggs, , so bike is definitely hot, too hot. I really dont care about heat , seat wise or leg wise, but that the engine overheats is not cool, exhaust valve removed, stock exhaust, engine covers removed, servo removed, so more space for air flow. and the engine is boiling, even though the fan kicks in. now when i switch off the bike , some coolant comes out from the bottom of the fairings , i love the bike, but engine overheating is not cool any other ideas.

The only logical thing i can think of is coolant , nothing else cools the bike, but coolant is full , no air bubbles, so it should cool, or could it be the oil that is not being cooled properly? or the coolant pump is ....... anybody have ideas / experience, befor ei dismantle the whole bike.
