I’m saying I found the oem quick disconnect is the best way to remove the tank . They are very very easy to remove. Everyone thinks it’s press the tabs and pull . That’s not the case . It’s press and hold tabs then push in more and then pull it off.
The problem I had with those fittings is that the buttons (tabs) never seemed to budge at all.
For sure that would be easier than removing the hose though.
