Wasting your time
Wasting your time
agree the disagree. yes, write to fraser, NF imports, ducati australia or even Bologna, don't think the chances is on your side, hey, bring it up to DOCNSW president and ask him to talk to warren, don't think its gonna make a change either. Yes, it doesn't look nice to be there, do i care? yes! will i die? No! hooked on leathers? = p did 120 kms through Royal National park and didn't felt a thingy about that plate in my way, in fact, i bet ur all get grumpy as you haven't received your bike yet hence bored and pick on something to kill your time.....
let it go, buy more parts for the bike, do something else while waiting for the dealer to rang you for picking up the bike, trust me, that tiny plate do not bother me at all when i sat on it, start the engine and explore the open road.....[/QUOTE
To each his own I guess. I couldn't live with it. Spoke to 2 mates who are getting v4 and both said it would be a no go. Luckily we don't have that over the pond.
Could it be covered by carbon frame covers ? Or would u get into poop with the law ?
Either way, defacing the bike like that is just criminal .
Whoever decided to put it there should have a tag riveted to his forehead, with Dick written on it.
ADR does a lots of stupid decision in the past and current, and this is one of them. Life ain't going be perfect, I learnt to follow the flow, look at the positive, bright side instead of focus on the imperfection or negativity that going to affect my day, affect those I love or those who love me. It's like showing you a piece of blank white paper with a tiny black dot right in the middle, I trust many of you heard about this story..... exactly the same scenario here, what a beautiful make and engineer bike but..... trust me, 2018 bike of the year it's going to be the V4 / V4S / Speciale. So easy to ride, so smooth, power is everywhere except for the Big bore v2 rawness..... but it is what it is, V4 is the next generation and direction in order for Ducati to be more competitive....
ADR? I only ever see these ugly plates on Ducati. My MV which is less than 2 years old has a sticker near the head of the frame that basically is invisible unless you look for it. Half of it is unreadable with the fairings on...so no idea why ducati has to do this.
The irony in this is amazing. I am not buying one anymore, looking for a Streetfighter S and this would have no effect on it. I just find it odd ducati does it when no one else does.if it is matter then don't buy it.....plain and simple isn't it? i saw a guy put up a video his v4s with akra on, i saw the same plate on frame, and he is not in oz.... thing about internet now day is people crying out loud about something they don't like, this and that, im old school, don't like it? turn around and walk away, i was never brought up in the way of crying out loud in public just to get thing mend into the way i like it......
no offence was meant as i just spare my thoughts. ( i know how people are easily offended on internet now days )

SF is really nice to ride around, not many mint condition around and good luck finding one. look around, i seen they put the tiny compliance plate on fireblade b4, very similar location
