My friend sent me this... Given the last one cost me a house, car and my sanity... This has a ring of truth about it...

I always used to tell my wife on my Porsche purchases (back in the day), "You can sleep in a car, but you can't drive a house". Word of advice, that doesn't really work so much :D

I do like the exhaust, but the angles on the fairing, tank and rear cowl. Ugh.

What's more important is the geometry and handling are way better. Power curve is also far smoother.

When I did a side by side ride at HPR with both my bikes, I only did one lap with my pani.

So the KTM in your opinion is more reliable, more fun to ride, performs better and you prefer it over the bike that this forum is about.

Interesting.

KTM needs to stick with what they are good at, Dirt bikes! Thats why hes here, KTM is too poor to have their own forum, or if there was a KTM sportbike forum, the 3 owners in the world might get tired of trying to organize KTM Sportbike meets that no one goes to..... :D

Just messing dude, hell i had a 150 scooter that I use to love riding around the neighborhood and I was a party of one and it was fun to

KTM makes a hell of a dirt bike, IMO. I was close to buying a 450 SX, but I couldn't pull the trigger because of the logistics needed to enjoy it (trailer it an hour or two out of town, etc. just to ride it). I have a buddy with a Husaberg and that thing is really, really sick. If I lived in the sticks, I'd post my Pani in the classifieds and pick one up for sure, but we don't have anywhere decent around here to ride them.

I had a guy blow by me on 66 a couple months ago on a black RC8R.
