While at the shop I met the entire team (all fookin' great people, imho) and met several repeat/loyal customers who've bought more than one bike. Not sure what happened in your case, but it appeared to me that they had a lot of loyal customers whom I'm guessing wouldn't come back for more if they thought they'd been mistreated.

fab , very wwell made... won't be using carbon wheels on track..
might be testing a 17 inch front and 16,5 rear next year as 17" front gives beter stability under braking as sidwall are shorter so more rigid.. 16,5 gives greater patch at the rear on exit it is said..
