I asked for opinions on aesthetics. I didn't ask for advise. There's a significant difference. Also, was hardly snotty about it. No need to be insulted that someone doesn't want or need the advise you bestowed upon them on your own accord. Not to mention, if you have such an issue with the stock colors on my bike, take it up with the company that painted it. I'm sure they'll appreciate your input. Maybe they're short on riding experience. Why else would they produce such an irresponsibly colored machine. lol

In all seriousness. There are plenty of people out there that do need riding/common sense advise. I'd just assume that most of them figure it out before purchasing an 1199 and subsequently joining this forum.

Have a nice day.

On the black and gold Pani... hmmm, I don't normally like black but jeez, that one looks sweet, the gold sets it off beautifully.

....and the most recent pic of the blue bike? WOW! I love blue, my fave color, that's an EXCELLENT layout in my opinion. I love it when guys wander off the farm and get away from the traditional colors.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet :)

Hmm figure I'd try it, all heat shields removed and upper header wrapped...looks hot, and its HOTT lol. Think im doing to double up the wrap tomorrow and if still unbearable reinstall the shield over it.

these wheels are hot!

but no heat shield is hotter :eek::eek: tried it myself, unbearable even with the wrap.

Yeah I had DEI titanium wrap rated to 2500° on there and it got burnt to crisp after one day. Just double wrapped it again with some thicker red wrap and the color got burnt off lol. It's a tad bit cooler than before, but traffic lights SUCK!

Original is now en route to NY:

...but prints are available. ;)

Nice to see ya back posting some great pix, how's the 14 feel compared to the 12?

Identical except for the almost zen-like idle of the 2014. Already regret trading in my original. Will have to come back and do another lap of the US after Europe and Asia!

Not sure if this one was posted or not yet, but just ran across it on Millsport Motorcycles' site in Ireland:
